Recovery of Farm Building

It is, perhaps, the most important and prestigious project that has characterized the first decade of Studio A Side activity.
It is the transformation of an agricultural area, characterized by the presence of a completely ruined farm into an actual part of the city, with private residences as well as structures that are open to the public such as the restaurant, a gym, tennis courts and a children playground, pedestrian and bicycle routes, parking, gardens and park.
Afforestation was made for about 10,500 square meters and 465 trees and 7,687 shrubs were planted.
The area is located in the city of San Donato Milanese, beyond the large avenues along the NW-SE directions, which cut into two parts the communal territory, and is not far from the Abbey of Chiaravalle in the Municipality of Milan.
A Side studio has prepared the recovery plan, and it has been involved in the executive design and has carried out the management of the works.
